At Glow Your Way, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
You may request a return only if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or defective
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
- You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
- A valid proof of issue (images or unboxing video) must be submitted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
